Littelfuse is seeking a Lean Engineer in the Piedras Negras area to design, develop, modify and evaluate options for product development or enhancement. You will prepare reports and technical specifications, assist with project management and schedule customer requirements, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• One to two years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with engineering practices and methodologies.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and design work.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes sound design recommendations for product development or enhancement.
• Prepares reports and technical specifications.
• Assists with project management and scheduling of customer requirements.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.
