• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics industry.
• Knowledge of Just in Time production systems (JTIS).
• Knowledge of process management systems (Glovia preferred).
• Microsoft Office software (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio) at intermediate/advanced level.
• Line balancing and capacity calculations.
• Training and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate with VSM to identify waste and opportunities.
• Lead Kaizen projects and train staff to foster continuous improvement.
• Conduct monthly 6’s audits.
• Design and implement production methods to improve metrics.
• Support self-directed teams in continuous improvement culture.
• Lead CIP evaluation and implementation of suggestions.
• Transfer lean cells and involve new products from start.
• Participate in engineering activities as directed.
• Stop manufacturing when quality specs are not met.
• Identify and improve issues affecting the company.
