Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supervision in production/assembly.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced English required.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continually improve the knowledge, skills and learning environment in a mid-size, high-mix, multinational engineering and manufacturing organization. Authority: Consult FMI-143 for individual Standard Operation Procedures related to authorities/responsibilities on Management System. Principal Responsibilities: • Ensure dignified and professional treatment of all employees in their areas of responsibility. • Comply and enforce the legal stipulations, rules and policies that apply in labor, environmental, safety, hygiene and occupational health matters. • Ensure compliance with staff training and training requirements. • Generate weekly production scheduling for the areas under your responsibility according to the Visual Schedule. • Compliance with manufacturing dates according to manufacturing lead time • Ensure the issuance of materials in conjunction with the materials department, for the production departments under their responsibility. • Establishment of manufacturing cells in the areas under their responsibility, to reduce cycle times and improve manufacturing. • Use and support of the ANDON system in production areas. • Weekly review of production and labor capacities. • Monitoring and review of kan ban established for production re-planning. • Support for implementation activities/launches of new products for the areas under your responsibility. • Follow-up on FAI reports for new products and/or transfers. • Implementation, tracking and monitoring of corrective actions for the areas under your charge. • Report to management on production needs and performance. • Safeguard the interests and assets of the company. • Flor-stock inventory management and control • Support for lean manufacturing activities (Genba, visual factory, 6's, vsm, lean assessment) • Review and monitor factors that affect the KPIs of the Dashboard of your area of the areas under your responsibility. • Monitoring and follow-up with your support team of the company's security standards and rules. • Comply with and ensure that the personnel under their charge comply with each of the points considered within the code of conduct (ethics) of Spellman de México, S.A. of C.V. • Including all activities inherent to the position • Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals. Competences / abilities: Range/Level: (1-Basic, 2-Intermediate, 3- Advanced, 4- Expert) • Graduate of industrial engineering, eng.
