Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design and validate processes for Liquid Cooling - HVAC products. You will support readiness activities, create routings and standard work, and optimize layouts to boost throughput.

The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing engineering, strong Lean experience, and CAD/ERP skills. Expect collaboration across engineering, quality, and operations to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to manufacturing.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in HVAC or related environments.
• Experience supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and sustain manufacturing processes for Liquid Cooling - HVAC products and assemblies.
• Support readiness activities including process definition, tooling, fixtures, and production launch.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, routings, standard work, and process diagrams.
• Optimize layouts, workstation design, and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead Lean initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
