RTX in Mexicali, Mexico seeks an Intercompany Operations Planner to harmonize planning, orders, and pricing across sites. The role requires ERP/MRP experience, BOM/ECN knowledge, and advanced Excel skills to support lean improvements.

You will coordinate with production control to resolve capacity and delivery challenges, ensuring efficient product flow and working capital optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

Join our team and lead the charge in streamlining intercompany operations, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation in the aerospace industry!

What You Will Do:

• Ensure the intercompany planning process is executed in alignment with procedures and policies.

• Facilitate intercompany projects to streamline product flow across Aero Structures sites.

• Manage stock transfer orders, purchase orders, long-term agreements, and pricing records.

• Review intercompany demand, process sales orders, and support working capital and operations planning.

• Collaborate with production control to address capacity and delivery challenges.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

• Experiencein BOM (Bill of Materials) management, ECN (Engineering Change Notification) processes, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

• Proventrack recordof customer focus and self-driven problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, specifically SAP.

• KnowledgeofLean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Tools.

• Advanced Excelproficiency, including pivot tables, conditional formatting,VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.

• Advanced Englishproficiency.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with SAP (Procurement functions, MRP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects).

• ProficientinExcelandData Analysis.

• Advanced Englishproficiencywith the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
