Formación

• Students from the last three semesters in relevant engineering or business fields.
• Strong communication skills and interest in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

This position reports to

Team leader

Your role and responsibilities

Lean Challenge is a local and international competition where university students develop Continuous Improvement Projects based on methodology and principles of Quality Wins and Lean Manufacturing. The work model for the role is on-site. This role contributes to the Electrification Division in México. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Development of a Manufacturing Project, mentored by specialists and managers of the area.
2. Presenting to managers and staff about activities’ progress during the project, based on the chronogram and objectives.
3. Developing tasks and activities to achieve project objectives, collaborating as part of a team of previously selected students.

Qualifications for the role

• Student from the last three semesters: Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Presentation Skills.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Full-time availability (Summertime).
• Advanced English level.
