Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience optimizing assembly lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish proficiency; English beneficial.
• Hybrid schedule in Puebla with some on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks using Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Develop and implement new production strategies and layouts to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor production output and quality metrics, implementing actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors for smooth operations and problem-solving.
• Oversee the implementation of new equipment or technologies on the production floor.
• Train production staff on new processes, safety procedures, and Lean principles.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in production area.
• Collaborate with engineering on product manufacturability.
• Manage and maintain production documentation and performance reports.
