We’re looking for a Lead Web Developer to join an innovative team and take ownership of critical development projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Design and develop web applications with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability

*Drive code quality through best practices, standards, and peer reviews

*Participate in technical architecture discussions and decisions

*Analyze and automate business processes to boost efficiency

*Integrate applications at multiple levels (front-end, logic, database)

* Implement responsive design with a mobile-first approach

* Build and maintain web services and APIs

*Own your projects end-to-end, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement

Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

*8+ years of experience in web development

* Proficient in JavaScript

* Experience with React, GraphQL, Node.js, REST APIs (nice to have)

*Familiarity with C#, .NET, CSS/Bootstrap (plus)

*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

*Experience working in Agile teams

*Curious mindset, fast learner, motivated to deeply understand project challenges
