Carrier in Monterrey seeks a Sr Supervisor Test & Validation Engineer to lead lab testing activities and guide a team of engineers. You will ensure adherence to ISO 17025 quality controls and UL/ETL certification requirements while coordinating data analysis and test reports.

You will oversee test execution, calibrate equipment, and support cross‑functional teams to meet project goals with a focus on reliability and process excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in test & validation in lab environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality systems and UL/ETL certification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate test technicians in laboratory settings.
• Analyze data from test reports.
• Supervise tests and ensure laboratory equipment operates properly.
• Maintain ISO 17025 quality and UL/ETL certification processes.
• Oversee requirements management and verification plans for large projects.
• Coach team members on policies and procedures.
