A global manufacturing solutions company is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to enhance product quality and efficiency within their Advanced Compute team. Lead Test Engineer (Test Engineer IV) is a role located in Northern Kentucky. Relocation to this location is required for this role. The role will contribute to the growth of the Advanced Compute team by applying innovative approaches to developing end-customer product solutions. The Test Engineer IV will drive improvements in product quality and efficiency, play a pivotal role during integration, and support new and sustaining AI/ML, GPGPU, and hardware accelerator-based server, networking, and storage platforms.
The Lead Test Engineer (Test Engineer IV) designs, develops, and maintains test procedures, hardware, and software in a dynamic server manufacturing environment. This role uses failure analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions. The Test Engineer IV identifies, diagnoses, and resolves hardware and software challenges during testing and integration. They lead and guide the Test Engineering team, promote efficiency, integrity, and excellence, develop and maintain scripts to automate testing, analyze data for continuous improvement, and evaluate system performance for AI/ML, GPGPU, and hardware accelerator-based server and storage platforms.

The primary workstation is in an office setting, with some time on the manufacturing floor. Noisy levels range from low to moderate. Required PPE for the manufacturing area includes composite-toed shoes, hearing protection, protective eyewear, and an ESD vest. The manufacturing floor is modernized, climate-controlled, and well-lit.
