Sequoia Connect is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end digital transformation projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, define objectives, and manage risks across multiple streams, utilizing Dataverse, PowerApps and Power BI within an Azure-based environment.

The role requires strong governance, data security awareness, and excellent analytical skills, with fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience leading technical programs in a data/BI driven environment.
• Strong data governance, security and compliance understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.
• Analyze data across enterprise tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design data models and data flows within Dataverse for scalable solutions.
• Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
