Lingaro in Mexico is seeking an experienced Power Platform professional to design and extend Power Apps canvas and model‑driven applications, build advanced Power BI reports, and integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

You will lead end‑to‑end projects, mentor teammates, and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions across the organization.

Formación

• Proven experience developing Power Apps solutions (canvas and model‑driven).
• Experience leading end‑to‑end projects as a technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project estimations and pre‑sales.
• Experience with data integration and external data sources.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize Power Apps canvas and model‑driven apps according to business requirements.
• Develop complex Power BI solutions leveraging different backend tools.
• Design and implement user interfaces, forms, and workflows using Power Apps.
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps applications, including performance and data integrity.
• Stay updated with latest Power Platform trends and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end‑users and teammates.
• Lead the design and architecture of BI reporting solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs to meet quality criteria.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Communicate technical aspects to stakeholders clearly.
