EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering, delivering polished, high-performance visual work across platforms. You will influence UI, materials, lighting, and effects within Unreal Engine 4/5, while guiding a team toward consistent visual standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with designers and engineers, and hands-on creation of cinematic transitions and UI-driven visuals using Sequencer, Niagara, and material workflows.

Formación

• Five-plus years of hands-on, relevant background as a Technical Artist, UI Tech Artist, or VFX Artist.
• At least one year leading and overseeing teams.
• Strong Unreal Engine 5 experience with Material Editor and Niagara.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver polished, well-optimized technical art outcomes across UE4/UE5.
• Set tech art frameworks, visual conventions, and UI transitions.
• Lead tooling systems and asset management for UI tech art.
• Mentor visual designers and UI artists on technical aspects.
