Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Performance Analyst to drive cost visibility, inventory performance, and service KPIs. You will lead data-driven reviews with Operations and Finance and develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

The role demands 7+ years in business controlling or supply chain analytics, strong budgeting and forecasting expertise, and excellent stakeholder management. This is a senior post in a hybrid model based in Mexico City.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in business controlling or supply chain analytics.
• Strong KPI, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and govern Supply Chain KPIs related to cost, productivity, service, quality, and inventory.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost variances, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead performance reviews and provide actionable insights to Operations and Finance teams.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP, WMS, and reporting systems.
• Support monthly inventory close activities and financial reporting.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
