Assurant, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Performance Analyst to manage KPIs, generate actionable insights, and ensure inventory accuracy. The role partners with Finance and Operations to drive efficiency and cost control, while automating reports and improving processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of analytics experience, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills for governance and decision support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain analytics or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs including cost, productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
• Develop, automate, and enhance dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Track budgets, analyze forecast variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align execution with financial objectives.
• Execute monthly inventory close processes and provide detailed reporting on inventory movements.
• Drive process improvements through automation and data-driven decision making.
