AFL Monterrey Plant is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize supply chain operations through close collaboration with procurement, planning, logistics and IT. The role focuses on data gathering, in-depth analysis and reporting to support decision making.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in supply planning or related roles within manufacturing, with strong Excel/MS Office skills and experience in ERP/MRP systems and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles within manufacturing.
• Experience in ERP (Oracle preferred) and/or MRP systems.
• Experience creating BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with procurement, planning, supplier development, logistics, product management and IT to improve the supply chain operations.
• Gather data, perform in-depth analysis, and produce reports to support the Supply Chain department.
• Identify opportunities to add value, pursue improved functionality, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
