Job summary

WWOF Imagewear de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. in Matamoros, Mexico is seeking an on-site Production Supervisor to lead a shift of 9–12 supervisors, driving maximum production, quality, and cost efficiency while ensuring safety and housekeeping standards.

The role includes assisting in hiring flows, training new staff, and coordinating with planning to align production with schedules.

• Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.
• Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitors compliance and consistency of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.
• Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance required on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.
• Trains new unit personnel as required.
• Communicates for basic alignment with planning.

• Trains new unit personnel as required.
• Communicates for basic alignment with planning.
• Performs these and other duties as assigned.
