- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of structural design analysis experience for aluminum and steel.
- Must be self-starter and autonomous with proactive problem solving.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and ability to develop technical staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shop drawings, manufacturing, installation, support and documentation to ensure codes compliance.
- Generate AutoCAD details from sketches to meet customer needs.
- Lead and develop technical staff, and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
