Formación

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe AEM for mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Level 1 and Level 2 support resources for incident management.
• Ensure proactive monitoring and management of software application performance.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with teams regarding updates.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS

Monitoring and logging tools (AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic)

API design principles (REST, SOAP, Graph)

Strong proficiency in Adobe AEM

Analytical and troubleshooting skills

Effective communication skills
