You will troubleshoot, implement best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to keep assets healthy and uptime high. The role requires a technical degree, 5+ years in SMT, IPC knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Technical degree in maintenance, electronics, electromechanical, or related field.
• English intermediate.
• 5+ years of experience in SMT operations within manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes.
• Experience of SMT Equipment (DEK Machine, Panasonic Pick & Place, Heller and AOI Koh Young).
• IPC knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
