ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Manager, Site Engagement for a home-based position in Mexico. You will lead site relationships and ensure clear communication between clinical trial sites and ICON teams while guiding a team of site engagement professionals.

You will oversee scientific operations workstreams, drive performance, ensure GCP compliance, and collaborate with clinical operations to align site strategies with study goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management, or a related field.
• Proven site engagement or clinical operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site engagement workstreams to ensure quality and timelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of site engagement professionals.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams.
• Address site concerns and improve site performance and retention.
