Responsibilities

• Generate a detailed weekly shipping plan aligned with production planning.
• Manage internal logistics and warehousing of all finished products.
• Optimize loading to respect axle weight limits on outbound shipments.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for finished goods.
• Lead and support the shipping department in daily activities and improvements.
• Oversee the Hazardous Materials program at MJD.
