EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP Consultant to shape and optimize analytics solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere. You will build governed data models, interactive dashboards, and predictive insights while aligning with business stakeholders in an Agile setup.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable analytics applications across SAC/Datasphere in a global context.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline.
• 5+ years delivering SAP SAC/Datasphere solutions as a Consultant, Analyst, or Developer.
• Proven track record designing and rolling out SAC solutions for planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting, including integration with SAP Datasphere.
• Deep understanding of SAC predictive functionality and Smart features (Smart Assist, Smart Predict, Smart Discovery), plus advanced story canvases, data blending, cross-calculations, input controls, and linked analysis.
• Skills connecting SAC and Datasphere to multiple data sources, including SAP HANA and external databases.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Datasphere to build unified, harmonized, and governed data models for enterprise analytics.
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes across SAC, Datasphere, and other analytics platforms.
• Advanced scripting in SQL, Python, and JavaScript to support data manipulation and automation in SAC and Datasphere.
• SAC scripting to create custom widgets and analytics applications, and automating data flows in Datasphere.
• Good understanding of SAP-related Finance and/or Operations processes.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfort working in an Agile environment.
• Fluent English (B2+)

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver analytic applications in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere, building KPI models for strategic initiatives.
• Build interactive SAC dashboards and KPI applications for import and live scenarios using data from SAC Datasphere and other platforms.
• Create scalable, secure, and governed data models in SAP Datasphere to enable advanced analytics and reporting use cases.
• Integrate SAC dashboards with SAP Datasphere datasets to keep analytics consistent and up to date for end users.
• Leverage predictive scenarios, R visualizations, and external libraries to produce immersive, insight-rich experiences across SAC and Datasphere.
• Optimize performance of dashboards and applications across SAC and Datasphere, recommend improvements, and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and document Business Objects Universes, reports, and dashboards in line with enterprise data standards and accuracy expectations.
• Connect, model, and harmonize SAP and non-SAP data in Datasphere to enable cross-system analytics through SAC.
• Design multi-tab reports with relevant queries, visualizations, and drill-down capabilities aligned to business requirements.
• Apply data visualization and UX best practices to improve accessibility and drive adoption of SAC and Datasphere solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to grow team capability in SAC and Datasphere technologies.
• Customize SAC applications through scripting languages and use advanced Datasphere features for data orchestration and automation

• Practical skills connecting SAC and Datasphere to multiple data sources, including SAP HANA and external databases


• Strong proficiency in SAP Datasphere to build unified, harmonized, and governed data models for enterprise analytics


• Solid knowledge of data integration and ETL processes across SAC, Datasphere, and other analytics platforms


• Advanced scripting capabilities in SQL, Python, and JavaScript to support data manipulation and automation in SAC and Datasphere


• Demonstrated experience with SAC scripting to create custom widgets and analytics applications, and with automating data flows in Datasphere


• Good understanding of SAP-related Finance and/or Operations processes


• Excellent communication abilities and comfort working in an Agile environment
