Clarios leads the automotive battery technologies globally and seeks a Lead Requirements Analysis Engineer in Mexico to capture and document complex product requirements for multiple projects. This role combines technical leadership with strong communication to drive alignment across teams and stages of development.

The candidate will develop functional and system specifications, maintain traceability, and contribute to design reviews, testing, and validation while mitigating risks and guiding

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in design or requirement engineering roles.
• Proficiency in coding Python, R, or MATLAB and experience with JAMA, DOORS, or JIRA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented and team-focused.
• Familiarity with A-SPICE, ISO 26262, and battery systems (Li-ion or lead-acid).
• Experience in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Capture, analyze, and document product/system requirements across projects.
• Develop detailed technical specifications including functional, non-functional, and architecture requirements.
• Maintain requirement traceability matrix and support design reviews, testing, and validation.
• Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and propose mitigations.
• Manage changes to requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members in requirement analysis and ensure compliance with standards.
