Clarios, LLC in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Formation Expert to provide organizational technical expertise for lead-acid battery formation processes across the full product life cycle.

You will consolidate programs among plants, support materials/chemistry, run DOEs, and ensure PPAP alignment while collaborating with global teams and suppliers.

Travel about 50% between Monterrey and other Clarios sites, suppliers, and customers, contributing to DFMEA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• MSc degree in chemistry, physics, or materials engineering.
• Industrial experience in lead-acid battery automotive field.
• Experience with DOEs and Six Sigma quality tools.
• Lab testing and R&D experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical expertise for formation processes across the product life cycle.
• Support PPAP, APQP, DVP&R activities and data analysis.
• Collaborate with plants in the Americas for optimization and design validation.
