This expansive property will include 96 beautifully decorated rooms and 61 residences, located in the tourist corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo at the top of stunning Baja California Sur with impressive sea views, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Facilities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an outdoor gym, a Spa & Spa Garden, and an event room in the clubhouse.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will professionally, efficiently, and kindly execute and carry out the actions and procedures indicated by the Lider de alberqueros for the maintenance and operation of the pools, spas, and bodies of water, which are main components of the hotel's operational structure. This will achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department. These functions are primary but not exclusive, as a member of the Engineering department, they may address reports generated by various departments, based on their professionalism, experience, and technical knowledge, always seeking maximum customer satisfaction and compliance with all Four Seasons policies and standards.

Knowledge and Skills:

Requirements: An exceptional person with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the operational maintenance area of pools, spas, and bodies of water. The candidate will require proven skills to address various requests, requirements, and situations in the diverse areas of the hotel.

Must have knowledge of working in the operation and maintenance of the physicochemical balance of water in pools, spas, and bodies of water.

Must possess precision and manual dexterity, analytical capacity, risk assessment, critical thinking, numerical reasoning, problem-solving, and time management. Manual dexterity is necessary to handle specialized tools and maneuver in spaces with physical obstacles.
