About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the operational availability of equipment and machinery to preserve good performance, as well as improving processes by optimizing the performance of equipment and machinery, applying HPS philosophy considering KPIs such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost for decision making.

What You Will Do

• Develop strategies to achieve objectives.
• Manage corrective maintenance results, including reducing downtime, and improving mean time to repair and mean time between failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Address critical and chronic issues, restoring equipment to standard and implementing improvements.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance System.
• Update troubleshooting matrices and document lessons learned.
• Provide technical support during process abnormalities and assist technicians as needed.
• Create clear glide path graphics for operational guidance.
• Maintain 5S standards in maintenance areas and production lines.
• Support quality and EHSS systems management, including objectives, targets, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Lean Manufacturing
• TPM
• Seven years of experience in maintenance within the Automotive Industry
• English proficiency at 80%
• Leadership, Change Management, Collaboration, Judgement, Result Orientation, Teamwork, Respect
• Experience with electrical control, electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics
• Knowledge of PLCs (Omron, Allen Bradley), LabVIEW
• Programming skills in Visual Basic and C
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving experience
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of customer-specific requirements (if applicable)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
