Corning Incorporated in Nuevo León's Apodaca plant is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead plant planning activities, ensuring high service levels and strong cash flow performance. You will coordinate with production, quality, product line management, technology, and plant leadership to plan, execute, and optimize supply chain operations.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, 5 years in supply chain, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, SAP/ERP experience, and bilingual

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5 years of supply chain experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience leading teams.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English/Spanish.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and optimize planning activities to ensure effective product delivery to customers and strong execution of plant planning priorities.
• Collaborate in S&OP, demand, allocation, and capacity planning processes to align regional needs with tactical operating plans.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory strategies to support business goals, material availability, and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, monitor key delivery metrics, and support new product implementation while guiding the planning team.
