Turner & Townsend in Querétaro seeks a Lead Planner to drive scheduling for data center projects on-site. You will develop CPM schedules, establish baselines, and communicate sequencing and milestones to clients and teams.

With 10+ years in planning, you will lead interface across contracts, manage risks, and use MS Project/Primavera P6 to deliver accurate, timely outputs. Fluency in English is required, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Construction Management background preferred.
• 10+ years of project planning experience in large-scale environments.
• Fluent in English, with ability to present to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in data center or industrial projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead creation and management of project schedules using CPM.
• Develop baseline programmes and monitor progress against contractual commitments.
• Prepare programme narratives with sequencing, milestones and dependencies.
• Oversee monthly progress updates and 90-day lookahead schedules.
