You will partner closely with the Retail marketing team, Brand management team, Digital marketing team, and Marketplace team to position NBHD partners at the center of sneaker & lifestyle culture.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance brand and product storytelling and develop cross-channel campaigns that elevate NBHD partners and the sneaker community. Reporting directly to the Retail Director, Marketing, you will manage agency partnerships and channel resources to evolve our marketplace strategy, enhance digital channels, and ensure executional excellence. You will work closely with the Mexico NBHD marketplace team, the APLA NBHD Team, and key NBHD partners.

Experience in Partner/Omnichannel marketing, especially in-store and online communication planning and seasonal experience execution, is critical.
As part of Retail Marketing, you will handle marketing strategies for NBHD stores both offline and online. You will craft brand and product stories seasonally and daily, collaborating with NBHD Marketplace Partners, DSM, Merchandising, and the APLA team. You will lead and own the NBHD Marketing strategy for Mexico, working with stakeholders to energize consumers. Regular exchanges with the Retail Marketing Team, APLA NBHD Marketing, and the Integrated Marketing team will facilitate sharing ideas and best practices.
