• High school diploma preferred, or 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate production operations and plans.
• Manage and ensure supply of raw materials to production processes.
• Monitor and control productivity, product quality and line safety.
• Identify and propose ideas for process improvements.
• Administer and ensure deployment of required production line documentation.
• Train direct line staff in production operations and promote cross-functional team development across WCs.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance and proper documentation practices.
• Communicate potential risks that could negatively impact manufacturing.
• Verify basic parameters and adjustments per process windows on machines and equipment.
• Provide maintenance support to area technicians and perform other tasks as needed.
