Summary: Supported by US-based engineering teams, you will lead the end-to-end testing and QA processes for enterprise and consumer applications. Your role involves understanding QA requirements during sprint planning, developing test cases from user stories, and overseeing automated and manual testing to ensure comprehensive quality delivery. You will collaborate with global teams and utilize BDD practices, guiding testing strategies with tools like Detox, analyzing complex systems, and designing effective test approaches.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and lead comprehensive project test plans incorporating automated and manual testing best practices.
2. Select and utilize appropriate mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Detox, XCUITest, Espresso) based on project needs.
3. Research and establish automation best practices, conducting peer reviews of code and test cases.
4. Report, analyze, and communicate bugs and defects clearly to developers.
5. Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
6. Contribute to improving mobile testing processes and client delivery quality.

Required Skills:

1. At least 4 years of programming experience in Typescript, Swift, or Kotlin for iOS and Android applications.
2. Minimum of 4 years experience developing automated tests with frameworks like Detox, XCUITest, or Espresso.
3. Over 3 years managing Git workflows and leading/testing teams, including code and test case reviews.
4. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, testing tools like Charles Proxy or Fiddler, and CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Jenkins, etc.).
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working in agile teams using Jira.
