A fast-growing team at Amazon is seeking a Lead Management Manager to enhance lead generation processes for Small and Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs) in Latin America. The role involves designing new tools, managing data-driven projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop impactful lead management solutions. Candidates should have a strong marketing background, proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel and Tableau, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Formación

Join us as a Lead Management Manager (LMM) and help us build the future of lead management in Amazon Marketplace.

The LMM will lead key initiatives to improve the productivity of LATAM’s sales teams by developing automated lead generation and qualification systems, deploying AI tools, and scaling internal products. This is a builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, operations, and data.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams across Amazon, define and own products, drive adoption with sales stakeholders, and deliver results that increase the speed and quality of seller recruitment.



Key job responsibilities
Design and deploy new lead generation products, tools, and mechanisms to support seller recruitment.

Own roadmaps, success metrics, and scaling strategies for automation and AI-based lead solutions.

Dive deep into data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and improve lead performance and quality.

Partner with sales, marketing, BI, and tech teams to deliver solutions that unlock productivity.

Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, from intake and design to implementation and reporting.

Benchmark global best practices and localize them to LATAM business needs.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- knowledge in SQL data extraction and Excel data analysis.- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Marketplace or e-commerce background, preferably in sales, recruiting, or business development and Experience launching or managing internal tools or automation workflows
- Strong Python skills for scripting and automation and SQL proficiency and ability to work independently with datasets
