Lead Management

We are looking for a Ecosystem Lead Immunology Rhe who has the ability to Lead the activities of UCB's customer-facing commercial roles involved in patient value creation and the pursuit of UCB's organizational goals. Lead the development and execution of tailored strategies to achieve Immunology market and financial objectives in collaboration with specific stakeholders.

  • Lead, coach and develop high performing teams as HCNPs and coordinate the efforts of the regional commercial customer-facing team members to collectively achieve company objectives and enhance patient value delivery more efficient.
  • Influence and partner with payers to identify and co-create innovative solutions to access challenges (relevant also for other local decision makers & influencers depending on internal capabilities available).
  • Enhance disease-state management by ensuring that the ecosystem customer-facing team is aligned under a guiding principle of patient value generation.
  • Set a leading example to ensure a culture of compliance throughout all endeavors and undertakings within the designated markets.

Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing, international relations, or similar. Advanced English. 3-5 years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or field medical experience and key account management in high specialty. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and/or matrixed teams. Demonstrated knowledge of the complex government healthcare ecosystems (including access environment), managing government Healthcare Ecosystems (Control Tower & PEPMAE), as well as Private Healthcare Ecosystems. Must have experience in new product launches, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, coordinate go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful market entry.
