Siemens Itesa in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the discipline of stamping equipment maintenance. You will drive reliability of mechanical and hydraulic presses, manage a high-performing team, and push continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing mechanical/electrical systems with hands-on leadership and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience supervising maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Knowledge of electrical power and control systems; PLCs (Siemens).
• Solid knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
• Intermediate to advanced technical English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures and internal policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate purchases.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Train, assign daily tasks to, and supervise technicians.
• Delegate tasks and ensure scheduled work is completed.
• Coordinate and supervise external suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, PM compliance).
• Participate in root cause analysis of critical failures and establish corrective actions.
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules using the Brightly system.
• Lead initiatives for TPM, 5S and downtime reduction.
