Magna Powertrain is seeking a Industrial/Mechanical Engineer to lead machining teams and drive continuous improvement on production lines in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. You will manage reports, coordinate production activities, and ensure achievement of key performance indicators in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in MPTR, 5+ years in similar processes, and intermediate-to-advanced English. Proficiency in SAP, Kantdex, TPM, and ISO/IATF standards is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/MTPTR environments.
• 5+ years in similar processes and machining operations.
• Engineering degree and credentials required.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and coaching skills.

• Manage and lead direct reports and production processes to achieve key business indicators.

• Oversee machining lines, tooling, and TPM practices.
