Daikin Manufacturing Mexico is looking for a Labs Supervisor to lead the execution of tests for Air Thermal Systems at the San Luis Potosí plants. Key responsibilities include overseeing test design, establishing laboratory facilities, and providing mentorship to a growing technical team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting industry testing standards and a strong command of English. This role involves travel and offers opportunities to innovate in the HVAC sector.

Formación

• Expertise in interpreting testing standards including ASHRAE 37, AHRI 430, AHRI 390, AHRI 210/240, ISO 13256-1.
• Advanced proficiency in English required.
• Ability to create procedures and drive standardization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design and execution of Air Thermal Systems tests.
• Establish and commission new laboratory facilities.
• Define budgets and control expenses.
