Zurich Insurance in Mexico is seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead to provide technical leadership and oversee end-to-end implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter). The role requires deep hands-on Guidewire configuration and strong leadership.

You will collaborate with business analysts, QA, and client teams across onshore and offshore groups, ensuring solution quality and adherence to best practices.

Formación

• 10+ years of software development with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Hands-on configuration and upgrades of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter.
• Strong Java, API development, and integration skills for insurance domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Guidewire modules.
• Provide technical direction across the SDLC and resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate integrations with rating engines, policy/claims systems, and document management.
• Mentor development teams and align requirements with technical solutions.
• Oversee QA, documentation, and delivery milestones.
