A leading global insurance provider is seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead to oversee the implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of software development experience, deep expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include directing development teams, managing technical challenges, and ensuring solution quality. This position supports a collaborative project environment and requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Hands-on experience with implementations and upgrades of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Strong background in Java, API development, integration frameworks, and insurance domain processes.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional project stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, configuration, customization of Guidewire modules.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex Guidewire issues.
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices across solution designs.
• Mentor the development team and promote high standards.
• Coordinate activities across onshore and offshore teams.
