Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of lead generation and client prospecting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection
• Knowledge in market research, database management, and data analysis
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, or CRM management (preferred)

Proficiency in Skills

• CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Lead generation and sales automation tools
• Sales analytics and reporting
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
• Email marketing platforms
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities

What to Expect...

Schedule:

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday, but some may have unusual hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

• Rate starts at $5 per hour
• Payment via Deel

Equipment:

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with noise-canceling microphone and webcam
• Backup computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
