EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to build an advanced user interface powered by the Saffron UI framework, tightly integrated with backend systems and APIs.

You will lead GenAI-driven features, including LLM integrations and MCP tooling, and design agentic workflows across the full stack with streaming outputs.

Collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable interfaces and services while maintaining high-quality standards.

Formación

• At least five years of hands-on, applicable professional background.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Direct experience with LLM providers such as Claude or OpenAI.
• Full-stack expertise: React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI or Node.js.
• Experience with MCP, tool schemas, and MCP servers.

We're currently seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to become part of our team. The initiative centers on building an advanced user interface powered by the Saffron UI framework, designed to elevate the user experience through tight integration with backend systems and APIs. The aim is to hit ambitious milestones while remaining flexible as project scope and timelines continue to shift.This position centers on constructing and advancing GenAI-driven application features, spanning LLM integrations, MCP-based tooling, and agentic workflow design.
