InfoVision Inc. seeks an experienced software engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable fullstack solutions. You will own features end-to-end across backend and frontend, building robust APIs with Java/GraphQL and real-time data pipelines using Kafka and Elasticsearch.

You will mentor juniors, drive system design decisions, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability. Collaboration with product and design teams is essential to deliver impactful e-commerce/ad

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8+ years of professional software development experience with strong fullstack expertise.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data processing technologies such as Kafka and search/datastore systems like Elasticsearch or Aerospike.
• Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of system design, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction within a team.
• Ability to take ownership, drive projects independently, and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable fullstack solutions end-to-end.
• Architect and build robust APIs using Java/GraphQL.
• Design and optimize real-time data pipelines with Kafka, Aerospike, and Elasticsearch.
• Own system design decisions for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Establish observability with DataDog and Grafana; proactively resolve issues.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentorship.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with domain knowledge in e-commerce and ads.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impact.
• Lead incident response, on-call rotations, and production support.
• Continuously improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
