GBG Go Core Platform is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead three full-stack squads aligned to value streams. You will be accountable for health, throughput and the technical direction of the platform, delivering a coherent, unified product experience.

This hands-on leadership role involves architecture discussions, performance coaching, AI-enabled development practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Significant engineering management experience leading multiple teams or a group of squads.
• Track record delivering and operating customer-facing SaaS platforms at scale.
• Credible full-stack technical depth to challenge design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery leadership across three value streams: Go API, Hosted Journeys, Interactions Editor.
• Define commitments with Product and manage cross-squad dependencies.
• Set reliability, performance, observability, and security standards for surfaces.
• Lead AI-assisted development adoption across squads and measure impact.
• Build repeatable practices, codify standards, and enable wider engineering.
