Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer in Guadalajara, Mexico, to oversee installation, maintenance, calibration, and optimisation of SMT and SCP manufacturing equipment. You will lead maintenance technicians, ensure uptime, and support pilot builds and NPI projects in a fast-growing spin-off context.
The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, strong root cause analysis, and experience with SIPLACE platforms.
Formación
- Experience with SMT manufacturing processes and maintenance.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading a team of maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of automation systems and scripting tools.
Responsabilidades
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software domains.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on SMT and SCP equipment.
- Install, commission, validate, and transfer production equipment and lines.
- Lead and mentor a team of Maintenance Technicians and coordinate with vendors.
