Parker Hannifin is seeking an experienced engineering project leader to drive integration of products and processes in our manufacturing environment. You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop production processes, and ensure project milestones are met with high quality standards.

The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, experience in project execution, and English proficiency for business communication. Applicants with PMP and Lean belt certifications are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical) or similar.
• 4–7 years in Project Execution/Manufacturing experience.
• Business/Technical English required.
• Design and drawings interpretation experience.
• Transfer Projects experience.
• Competencies: problem solving, PMP and analytics skills.
• PMP certification desired.
• Black/Yellow Belt certifications desired.
• Familiar with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, hybrid frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering project teams and act as primary technical lead for new or core products or processes.
• Develop production processes for manufacturing operations and monitor progress.
• Coordinate resources, manage milestones, and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Present capabilities and proposals to customers and stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks, track issues, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Drive innovation projects from concept to delivery.
