EPAM Systems in Mexico City is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and govern automated platforms enabling reliable delivery across SaaS, cloud, and on-prem environments. You will own CI/CD strategy, infrastructure automation, and production reliability.

You will lead a team of engineers, shape environment provisioning, and ensure secure, scalable pipelines with strong observability and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps and CI/CD with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI and Azure DevOps for enterprise pipelines.
• Strong Git version control strategy for large teams.
• Proficiency with Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and AWS at scale.
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and data governance.

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, build, and govern automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises environments.
