AutoZone is seeking an experienced CRM/BI professional to support sales, business development and operations with CRM applications and data analysis. You will document processes, train users, and deliver reports and analytics, while developing CRM functionality and ensuring timely information delivery to leadership and sales teams.

The role involves participating in SDLC, developing software, debugging, testing, and writing documentation.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• 5-7 years of development experience in real projects.
• Strong knowledge of ES6 JavaScript/TypeScript, OOP and C#.
• Experience with PowerShell and CRM solutions (MS Dynamics 365 CE).
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and data analysis.
• Ability to teach, coach and mentor others.
• Experience across SDLC for CRM projects and solution delivery.

Summary

This position supports the sales, business development and operations teams with all aspects related to the CRM applications and data analysis. Responsible for documenting processes and functionality, providing training for all CRM functions, and providing reports and analytics related to CRM activities. Monitors usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks. Develops and updates CRM functionality. Assists in the solution of problems and ensures rapid delivery of information to leadership and sales teams. Passionate to continue to learn new approaches, techniques, and best practices. Assign different projects to programmers, ensure all deadlines are being met and quality standards are being fulfilled as expected by our customers. Train new programmers and help them get through the learning curve as soon as possible. Intervene in high-level projects if needed to ensure completion.

• Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Area of study: Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• Years of experience: 5-7 years
• Type of experience:
• Development experience in real projects, strong knowledge of ES6 JavaScript/TypeScript, Object Oriented Programming, C#, PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and resolution of CRM issues in a timely manner communicating impact to end users and providing status updates to resolution.
