Job summary
EPAM Systems Inc in Mexico is seeking a Lead Data Integration Engineer to architect and steer data integration solutions across the enterprise, ensuring reliable data flows for BI and analytics. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
The role requires 5+ years in data warehousing, hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and SQL databases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse projects.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Experience architecting and building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Background delivering BI data solutions using Power BI.
- Hands-on ETL with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Fluent English communication (B2+).
- Nice to have Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, dbt, Salesforce Informatica.
Responsibilities
- Guide the design and evolution of data integration solutions.
- Mentor and support team members to foster best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee stability and reliability of data pipelines and address issues proactively.
- Contribute to planning and prioritization to align with project timelines.
