EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Lead Cloud Engineer to guide discovery, define target AWS architecture, and lead lift‑and‑shift migrations to Kubernetes-based platforms. You will shape designs, plans, and execution with engineering and architecture peers.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, creating migration/test plans, overseeing execution, and driving containerization, CI/CD, and IaC with Terraform and Ansible. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of cloud development experience with AWS.
• 1+ year leadership guiding architecture decisions and engineers.
• Strong discovery and workshop facilitation for requirements.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform for provisioning.
• Configuration management with Ansible for repeatable environments.
• Containerization skills for packaging apps and Kubernetes platforms.
• CI/CD design and delivery of workflows.
• Strong English communication for workshops and docs.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Cloud Engineer to guide discovery, define target-state architecture, and lead lift-and-shift migrations from legacy or locally hosted applications to AWS and Kubernetes-based platforms.
