Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead the Clinical Science Analytics & Insights (CSAI) function from study startup through database lock. You will apply clinical knowledge to review trial data and support cross‑functional data reviews, with a focus on data cleaning, quality metrics, and program outputs.

You will act as a subject matter expert in guidelines and standards of care, directing CSAI activities, training teams, and contributing to process

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health‑related field.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CSAI services on assigned studies and ensure scope is met.
• Oversee data capture review and cleaning across cross‑functional teams.
• Provide protocol review from a scientific operational perspective and EDC UAT input.
• Train CSAI staff and study teams on review findings and processes.
